Betting the College Football Bowl Games After Christmas

Bowl season really kicks into high gear this week with games every day.  There will be great games to bet each day, with some really good matchups beginning Thursday.  Don’t miss out on Tuesday and Wednesday, because so far the less known schools have provided great entertainment and betting opportunities.

#25 Florida St. will play Notre Dame in the Champs Sports Bowl.  And Washington will take on #15 Baylor and Heisman winner Robert Griffin III in the Alamo Bowl.

Friday will feature #19 Oklahoma against Iowa in the Insight Bowl.  These are two exciting teams to watch, even though they fell short of expectations this season.  Saturday rounds out the week of bowls with Georgia Tech and their high powered offense going up against Utah in the Sun Bowl.  Last year’s National Champs, Auburn, will play Virginia in the Chick-fil-A Bowl.

Just a little after Christmas holiday tip for you.  The underdogs have been doing very well in the bowl games so far.  Just a little something to think about while handicapping the games.

There are many different types of bets your can make on the bowl games these next few weeks. Besides the spread and totals in all of the games, you can also bet parlays and teasers.  Also look for lines by the half and by quarter.  There should be some interesting prop bets listed also.  So have fun betting the games.  It’s a long time until next season.
