Brief:

All rules, regulations and payoffs contained herein are subject to change and revision by the management of America?s Bookie without prior notice.

America?s Bookie will not disclose details of an individual?s net winnings or losses. This is the responsibility of the individual and if you reside in a jurisdiction where your winnings are taxable, you must keep track of those winnings and report them to the proper authorities.

Age Restrictions:

No one under the age of 18 years is permitted to wager at America?s Bookie. Our ?Play for Fun? section is available for those who are under the age of 18 years or are in jurisdictions where internet gaming is illegal.

Discrepancies/Disputes:

Check all bets carefully. Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be changed. Account balances must be verified by the customer on each call or internet login prior to wagering. When you verify and accept your account balance you agree that all previous transactions are correct and you do not have any claims.

Claims or disputes must be settled prior to making any further wagers and within THREE days from the date of the wager.

All phone calls to America?s Bookie are tape recorded.

All internet transactions are saved to a file and the file is saved on a tape back-up system. In all dispute cases, both management and the customer agree that the tape recording or file tape back-up serves as the final authority in the dispute and all wagers will be adjusted accordingly.

Notwithstanding anything in this agreement, in the event of any dispute regarding a wager or winnings, the decision of America?s Bookie will be final and binding in all matters.

If a line or spread posted has an obvious (meaning easily seen or discovered) mistake, the line or spread is void and all wagers placed on this line or spread are no action and all wagered monies will be returned to the player(s) account(s).

Termination of Agreement:

The agreement between America?s Bookie and the user may be terminated by the customer at the customer?s request. Or if deemed necessary America?s Bookie reserves the right to revoke the agreement between the user and America?s Bookie.

Password:

You are solely responsible for the security of your account number and your password. Should you inadvertently let someone else know your password, contact America?s Bookie immediately and change your password: 1-800-735-3906

The customer is responsible for any unauthorized use of the account. In the event that a third party places a bet or is thought to have placed a bet, said bet shall be valid, whether or not the alleged third party had the prior consent or knowledge of the customer. Under no circumstances will any bet be cancelled for that reason. In the event that a customer suspects that a third party may have his/her password or account, upon notification America?s Bookie will furnish the customer with a new password and account.

When choosing a password, America?s Bookie recommends you follow these guidelines:

a) Use lower case letters.

b) Use numbers and/or lower case letters.

c) Do not use symbols or special characters.

Withdrawing Funds:

Any amount withdrawn by the user shall be forwarded to the user immediately. Funds can be withdrawn using NETeller, Western Union.

Confidentiality:

America?s Bookie will maintain your anonymity unless you agree to your identity being used for future publicity or other purposes. All personal details of users will be held in confidence unless a user agrees to the identity and details being used for future publicity purposes.

Liability of America?s Bookie:

The decisions of America?s Bookie management will be final and binding in all matters between America?s Bookie and users. Laws regarding gaming vary throughout the world and it is the responsibility of users to ensure that they understand and comply fully with any laws or regulations relevant to themselves in the country of the user.

All customers of America?s Bookie games must be at least 18 years of age.

America?s Bookie does not undertake to notify users that they have outstanding balances to collect. If an account is inactive for longer than 6 months, the user will forfeit the outstanding balance. Any wager made by the customer will be America?s Bookie?s liability in respect to any claim or loss. America?s Bookie shall reserve the right to suspend or withdraw any game at it?s absolute discretion.

In the event of the cancellation of any game for any reason, America?s Bookie will not be liable. America?s Bookie will not be liable in the following scenarios:

a)In the event of force majeure .

b)The failure of America?s Bookie?s central computer system or any part thereof.

c)For delays, losses, errors or omissions resulting from failure of any telecommunications or any other data transmission system.

d)For any loss as a result of any act of God.

e)For an outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance or acts of terrorism.

f)For the acts of government or authority (including refusal or revocation of any license or consent).

g)For fire, explosion, flood, theft, malicious damage, strike, lockout or industrial action of any kind.

America?s Bookie and the player shall not commit or purport to commit the other to honor any obligation other than is specifically provided by these rules. America?s Bookie accepts no liability for any damages, which may be caused to the user by the interception or misuse of any information transmitted over the Internet. These rules constitute the entire agreement and understanding between America?s Bookie and the user. In the event of a discrepancy between the English language version of these rules and any other language version the English language version, will be deemed to be correct.

Management reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager.

Legality:

America?s Bookie games are played over the internet which reaches virtually every country in the world. Some of these jurisdictions have not addressed the legality of internet gaming, while some have specifically made internet gaming illegal. All contractual issues between yourself and America?s Bookie or any of its affiliates that are disputed, shall be resolved by a court of competent jurisdiction in the Country of Costa Rica . All contracts shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica.

FREE PLAY RULES:

a)$1000 is the maximum free play that can be issued on a single deposit without approval

b)Free play bonuses may be split into a maximum of four plays

c)Because all bonuses have stipulations, many customers opt not to receive a bonus. Therefore, free plays must be requested at the time of your deposit and before placing your first wager. If you request a bonus after having made a wager on the funds from the deposit in question, you may not be eligible for a bonus.

d)A customer must use all his available free plays before taking a payout. Customers must use all available bonuses before receiving any additional bonus.

e)In order to be eligible for a free play a customer?s last transaction must have been a deposit. You may not be eligible for a free play if your last transaction was a payout.

f)Free plays are to be used only for straight bets, teasers and parlays. The maximum number of picks for a free play parlay is 3. The maximum number of money line dogs for free play parlays is 2.

g)Free plays may not be used for props or futures.

h)Customers may not use free plays to play both sides of a game or contest or the over and under in the same game or contest.

i)The maximum free play parlay payout is $10,000.

PLAY THROUGH

In order to be eligible for a payout after taking a bonus, a customer must comply with the play through attached to said bonus.

Play through works as follows:

Point Spreads ? For point spreads with a standard price of -110 , the customer is considered to have played through the risk amount

Money Line Favorites ? In the event of a loss, a customer is considered to have played through the risk amount. In the Event of a win a customer is considered to have played through the win amount

Money Line Underdogs ? When a customer bets a money line dog, he is deemed to have played through the risk amount.

Parlays ? When a customer bets a parlay he is deemed to have played through the risk amount.

Teasers ? For teasers the customer is considered to have played through the lesser amount whether it be risk or win.

PUSH ? This is not add to Accumulated Risk Amount.

FREE ACCOUNT RULES

All the fields must be filled out and must have an active and valid, phone number email address. The customer will be sent the free account rules via email to verify the email address.

Incoming calls are not eligible for the free account.

Valid for players living in United States, and Canada ONLY

There is only one free account per customer, household and IP address. Multiple accounts are not allowed.

The player must wager 15 times the promotion amount.

Example : $100 promotion = $100 x 15 roll over = total of $1500 in total action before a payout can be requested.

Minimum withdrawal is $100. A maximum of $250 may be withdrawn from a free account.

Maximum wager on the no deposit promotional accounts is $50.

Amounts won on free accounts will take at least 72 hours for payouts due to the comprehensive fraud screening. Any accounts that have the same details or IP address as any losing accounts are voided immediately.

Free accounts must be open for at least 30 days before requesting a payout.

In addition to the above stipulations, in order to request a payout from a free account the customer needs to fax a copy of a valid driver?s license, state identification or passport for payout verification.
